The Qingdao Jinnuo Automobile Mold Co., Ltd, which was established in August, 2003, is located in the Jiaonan conomic development zone with great natural scene in Qingdao. Now, this professional standard automobile die element manufacturer has a total investment of 30 billion CNY. In September, 2007, the company had a new address, a larger business scale, better office equipment and more advanced manufacturing facilities. What’s more, we now have a new workshop covering an area of 15,000 square meters, among which the workshop covers 5,000 square meters, administrative area covers around 800 square meters and a living area, including staff dormitories, café and bathroom covers more than 1,000 square meters. Our company has been equipped with advanced facilities, among which there more than 150 large are and middle sized machine tools to ensure an excellent product quality. In detail, we now have more than 80 milling machines, drilling machines and lathes in rough-processing workshop; more than 40 large and middle sized; more than 40 large and middle sized exactitude numerical controlled equipments in the meticulous processing workshop;4 processing equipments in assembling workshop and more than 20 other annexed equipments. With inclined wedge, one kind of automobile dies as one of our major products, we are able to manufacture various of automobile dies, including Sankyo from Japan, NAAMS from North America and FIBRO from Europe .Batch production is also within our capacity with a monthly yield bigger than 2,000 sets of inclined wedges and 15,000 sets of guides.
